Barnfield Construction have owned this site for 20 years and after taking 4 Years to attain planning due to moratorium, a scheme for 90 units has been granted planning permission.
40 homes will be built for Barnfield Homes and 30 homes for Great Places.
A grant has been attained for this scheme and therefore all of the homes must be built by March 2012 under kick-start (granting body) regulations.
The scheme is a mixture of 2, 3 and 4 bed room homes which will be completed to the sustainable homes code level 3
