WELLS HOUSE - ILKLEY

Design & Build refurbishment of former spa hotel to create 24 high quality apartments, surrounding a newly constructed central atrium construction of 25 new houses and refurbishment of 4 town houses.

This development won the Bradford District Design Award for Architecture, Ilkley Civic Society Award for Conservation & RICS Award for ‘Best Residential Development’.
